1. How do I get started with Ben Finmate?
Download Ben Finmate from the App Store or Google Play, launch the app and sign up with your Email or Google account. You can immediately begin logging transactions and configuring your personal budget.
2. How does the budgeting method work?
Ben Finmate supports two internationally recognized budgeting frameworks: the 6 Jars system and the 70/15/10/5 allocation model. The app automatically calculates income allocation and alerts you whenever a spending category exceeds its threshold.
3. Subscriptions, upgrades & refund policy?
Users can upgrade to unlock advanced AI advisory features and in-depth fundamental stock valuation tools. For subscription inquiries or refund requests, please contact duong.bach@benfinmate.com with your transaction details for quick support.
4. How do I delete my account and personal data?
We strictly respect your privacy in accordance with Apple Review Guidelines and GDPR. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data through two methods:
- Method 1 (In-App): Open Ben Finmate → navigate to Settings → select Account & Security → tap Delete Account.
- Method 2 (Via Email): Send an email from your registered email address to duong.bach@benfinmate.com with subject "Account Deletion Request". Your account and all data will be purged within 48 hours.

All transmitted data is encrypted via standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We never sell or share your personal financial transactions with any third parties.
